How To Make Banana Cake Roll

1.Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Now take the jelly roll pan and line it with parchment paper which you have to grease and keep aside.
2. Get hold of a clean dish towel which has to be bigger than the jelly roll pan, and sprinkle the towel with powdered sugar.
3. Whisk the baking soda, baking powder, and flour together in a small bowl.
4. Now beat the sugar and eggs in a large bowl until the texture is thick. Add the vanilla and bananas and beat everything until well combined. Once done, pour the flour mixture into the large bowl and beat until the batter is smooth.
5. Pour the batter into the jelly roll pan and spread it evenly.
6. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
7. Once done, take out the cake from the oven and transfer the cake onto the paper towel by removing the pan slowly.
8. While the cake is hot, roll it up inside the towel. And then leave it in the wire rack for an hour to cool down.
9. While the cake cools down, make the filling in another small bowl. First, you have to beat the powdered sugar, cream cheese, and butter, then add banana and vanilla extract to the mixture.
