- At first, preheat your kitchen oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. And then, grease the loaf pan with oil. You can also choose the walnuts at this stage and keep them aside.
- Sift the salt, flour, baking soda, baking powder, and nutmeg into a medium bowl.
- Now, take another bowl and mash the banana well so there are no chunks.
- Add oil and sugar to the banana and mix everything well.
- Pour in the sifted dry ingredients( salt, flour, baking soda, baking powder, and nutmeg)/into the bowl of banana mix and combine everything with a hand blender.
- Add those chopped walnuts into the mixture.
- Pour the banana bread batter into the greased loaf pan and bake for about an hour.
- Check whether the bread is done by inserting a toothpick in the center. If it comes out clean, your bread is done and can be out of the oven. But if the toothpick has batter, bake the bread for about 10 more minutes.

- Transfer the mixture to the fridge and store for 10 minutes so it thickens.

Prepare the Almond Crust:
- Add the raw almonds, ground cinnamon, salt, melted coconut oil, dates, and vanilla extract in a food processor to make the crust. Mix until the almonds are well chopped, and the mixture is sticky in texture.

- Now pour the mixture into the pan which has the prepared crust and spread it out evenly.
- Use the sliced bananas and leftover whipped cream as a topping.
- With the help of a rubber spatula, spread out the coconut whipped cream quickly.
- Use plastic wrap to cover the pan and keep it in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Just before serving, garnish the pie with chopped nuts and dark chocolate.

If you don’t believe me, imagine the taste of hazelnuts combined with bananas, vanilla, and other ingredients. When baking these scones, your whole house will smell like a bakery shop.

- 2 ripe bananas mashed
- 55 ml soy milk
- 80 g vegan butter
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

How To Make Vegan Banana Hazelnut Scones
Preparation time: 15 minutes

- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
- Toast the hazelnuts in the oven for around 5 minutes in a baking tray. Make sure they don’t burn.
- Once done, remove the nuts and chop them.
- Add flour, salt, nutmeg, butter, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
- Now rub the butter into the flour with the help of your fingertips and make sure that there are no big lumps of butter. Then add most of the chopped hazelnuts keeping two tablespoons aside.
- Take another bowl and mash the bananas thoroughly. Add vanilla, soy milk, and granulated sugar and whisk everything together.
- Add the flour mixture to the banana mixture and stir well until the dough is combined.
- Find a flat surface to work on, sprinkle some flour, and put out the scone dough.
- Now sprinkle some flour on the dough and press it down to a 15-20 cm wide circle. Then slice the dough into eight parts.
- Place parchment paper on a baking tray and keep the scones on it. Make sure they are spread out and evenly positioned on the tray.
- While the scones bake for 17 minutes, whisk together the oat milk, icing sugar, and maple syrup in a measuring jug to make the glaze.
- Once the scones are done, take them out and let them completely cool down. Then glaze the scones and sprinkle with the chopped hazelnuts.

- Keep the batter in the oven for 35 minutes or insert a toothpick in the middle and check for doneness. If the toothpick is clean, then your brownies are done, but if there is batter stuck to it, then you may want to bake for a few more minutes.
