1.At first, preheat your kitchen oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. And then, grease the loaf pan with oil. You can also choose the walnuts at this stage and keep them aside.
2. Sift the salt, flour, baking soda, baking powder, and nutmeg into a medium bowl.
3. Now, take another bowl and mash the banana well so there are no chunks.
4. Add oil and sugar to the banana and mix everything well.
5. Pour in the sifted dry ingredients( salt, flour, baking soda, baking powder, and nutmeg)/into the bowl of banana mix and combine everything with a hand blender.
6. Add those chopped walnuts into the mixture.

Prepare the Almond Crust:

How To Make Vegan Banana Hazelnut Scones

1.Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
2. Toast the hazelnuts in the oven for around 5 minutes in a baking tray. Make sure they don’t burn.
3. Once done, remove the nuts and chop them.
4. Add flour, salt, nutmeg, butter, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
5. Now rub the butter into the flour with the help of your fingertips and make sure that there are no big lumps of butter. Then add most of the chopped hazelnuts keeping two tablespoons aside.

1 cup mashed ripe banana
¼ cup plant-based milk
½ cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoon almond butter

1 cup oat flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ cup cocoa powder

How To Make Vegan Banana Brownies

Yields: 8 brownies
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line the baking dish with parchment paper.
2. Mix the cocoa powder, oat flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
3. Combine the maple syrup, mashed bananas, almond butter, vanilla extract, and plant milk in a medium bowl and which well so that there are no lumps.
4. Pour the mixture into the large bowl, add the chocolate chips and mix everything well.
5. Transfer the batter to the baking dish and use a spatula to smooth the surface. You can add banana slices and chocolate chips to garnish.
6. Keep the batter in the oven for 35 minutes or insert a toothpick in the middle and check for doneness. If the toothpick is clean, then your brownies are done, but if there is batter stuck to it, then you may want to bake for a few more minutes.
7. Remove the brownies from the oven and let them completely cool down. After that, slice them up into squares and enjoy.
