Just because these recipes are vegan doesn’t mean that non-vegetarians won’t like the taste and look of each snack. Although we do not use eggs in our recipes, we can still make anything from vegan banana bread to vegan banana hazelnut scones that people love eating at my place.

This fluffy, moist vegan banana bread which is made without any type of dairy product, tastes heavenly and sweet. 4 ripe bananas

¼ cup refined coconut oil melted

Yield: 1 big loaf

1.At first, preheat your kitchen oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. And then, grease the loaf pan with oil. You can also choose the walnuts at this stage and keep them aside.

2. Sift the salt, flour, baking soda, baking powder, and nutmeg into a medium bowl.

3. Now, take another bowl and mash the banana well so there are no chunks.

4. Add oil and sugar to the banana and mix everything well.

5. Pour in the sifted dry ingredients( salt, flour, baking soda, baking powder, and nutmeg)/into the bowl of banana mix and combine everything with a hand blender.

6. Add those chopped walnuts into the mixture.

7. Pour the banana bread batter into the greased loaf pan and bake for about an hour.

8. Check whether the bread is done by inserting a toothpick in the center. If it comes out clean, your bread is done and can be out of the oven. But if the toothpick has batter, bake the bread for about 10 more minutes.

2. Vegan Strawberry Banana Pop Tarts

The vegan strawberry and banana pop tarts are a treat for your tummy. Made with vegan ingredients that include bananas, artificial strawberry flavor, vanilla extract, and many more, the tarts give a pleasant aroma when baked in the oven.


2 chilled ripe bananas

1 can of full-fat coconut milk

1 batch of strawberry jam

1. Combine the coconut sugar, gluten-free flour, baking powder, tapioca flour, and vanilla in a large bowl.

2. Add the bananas to the bowl and mash them with your hands. Knead the dough until the texture is slightly sticky.

3. Keep the dough in the refrigerator for 3 hours so it hardens, and you can easily roll it out.

4. Preheat your kitchen oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

5. Put the dough on a piece of parchment paper and cover it with another sheet. Then roll out the wrapped dough so that its thickness is ¼ inches.

6. Now, slowly peel off the papers from both sides.

7. Transfer the dough to the baking pan and cut it into 4 small rectangles.

8. Pour 2 tablespoons of jam onto one side of each rectangle-shaped dough.

9. Then fold the dough into a rectangle keeping the jam inside, and seal the sides with your fingers. Take a fork and crimp the edges to create a design.

10. Bake the pop tarts for 20 minutes until they turn golden brown.

11. Now, take out the cream from the coconut milk can and whisk while slowly pouring in the liquid so that you get a drizzle-like consistency.

12. Let the glaze cool for an hour, drizzle it over the pop-tarts, and serve.

The vegan banana French toast in a mug is a recipe that doesn’t require an oven or stove. All you need is a microwave and all the necessary ingredients which you probably have in your kitchen to make this bananalicious mug toast. It’s an easy 15-minute recipe.


1/2 ripe banana

1/4 cup almond milk or coconut milk

1.Use vegan buttery spread to grease the microwave-safe mug.

2. Add mashed banana, cinnamon, almond/ coconut milk, salt, vanilla, and ground flaxseed in a medium-sized mixing bowl and combine everything. Then pour the mixture into the mug.

3. Transfer the mixture to the fridge and store for 10 minutes so it thickens.

4. Put bread cubes in the mug to fill it up to the top.

5. Now, take out the mixture from the refrigerator and pour it over the bread cubes so that all of the pieces are soaked.

6. Put the mug in the microwave for 1 minute or until the mixture has become solid. Then let it rest for another minute before serving.

1.Slice both of the bananas into circles.

2. Combine the cinnamon, sugar, and nutmeg in a small bowl.

3. Spray oil on a large skillet and keep it on medium-low heat. 

4. Add the bananas and, on top, sprinkle half of the cinnamon mixture. Cook for at least 3 minutes.

5. Flip the bananas and sprinkle the other side with the leftover cinnamon mixture and cook for about three more minutes. When the bananas are soft, take them off the stovetop.

The no-bake vegan banana cream pie is a dessert that requires quite a lot of ingredients and is time-consuming to make. But trust me, all the effort pays off when you taste the dessert. It’s creamy, sweet, soft, and, most of all, filled with various flavors.

Almond Crust:

1½ cups raw almonds

How To Make No-Bake Vegan Banana Cream Pie

Preparation time: 20 minutes 

Cooling time: 2 hours

Total time: 2 hours and  20 minutes

Yield: 1 (8-inch) pie

Prepare the Almond Crust:

1.Add the raw almonds, ground cinnamon, salt, melted coconut oil, dates, and vanilla extract in a food processor to make the crust. Mix until the almonds are well chopped, and the mixture is sticky in texture.

2. Use parchment paper to line the pan and evenly spread the crust mixture on the bottom of the pan to create a layer. Then transfer the pan to the fridge.

Prepare the Filling:

3. Take out both of the cans of coconut milk and spoon out the coconut cream, which is thick, in a mixing bowl. 

4. Add sea salt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the coconut cream inside the mixing bowl and beat the ingredients with a hand mixer until the texture is fluffy and thick.

5. Now pour the mixture into the pan which has the prepared crust and spread it out evenly.

6. Use the sliced bananas and leftover whipped cream as a topping.

7. With the help of a rubber spatula, spread out the coconut whipped cream quickly.

8. Use plastic wrap to cover the pan and keep it in the fridge for 2 hours.

9. Just before serving, garnish the pie with chopped nuts and dark chocolate.

10. Cut the pie into triangles and serve immediately; otherwise, it will melt.

If you don’t believe me, imagine the taste of hazelnuts combined with bananas, vanilla, and other ingredients. When baking these scones, your whole house will smell like a bakery shop.


For the Scones

How To Make Vegan Banana Hazelnut Scones

Preparation time: 15 minutes

1.Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.

2. Toast the hazelnuts in the oven for around 5 minutes in a baking tray. Make sure they don’t burn.

3. Once done, remove the nuts and chop them.

4. Add flour, salt, nutmeg, butter, and cinnamon in a large bowl.

5. Now rub the butter into the flour with the help of your fingertips and make sure that there are no big lumps of butter. Then add most of the chopped hazelnuts keeping two tablespoons aside.

6. Take another bowl and mash the bananas thoroughly. Add vanilla, soy milk, and granulated sugar and whisk everything together. 

7. Add the flour mixture to the banana mixture and stir well until the dough is combined.

8. Find a flat surface to work on, sprinkle some flour, and put out the scone dough.

9. Now sprinkle some flour on the dough and press it down to a 15-20 cm wide circle. Then slice the dough into eight parts.

10. Place parchment paper on a baking tray and keep the scones on it. Make sure they are spread out and evenly positioned on the tray.

11. While the scones bake for 17 minutes, whisk together the oat milk, icing sugar, and maple syrup in a measuring jug to make the glaze.

12. Once the scones are done, take them out and let them completely cool down. Then glaze the scones and sprinkle with the chopped hazelnuts.

2-3 ripe bananas medium size

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 can full-fat unsweetened coconut milk

4 tablespoons powdered sugar

Yields: 16 bars

1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

2. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the flax seeds, cinnamon, oats, coconut, and salt.

3. Use a fork to mash the banana into a thick paste in another bowl.

4. Add the banana, milk, dates, and vanilla to the oat mixture in the medium-sized bowl.

5. If you want your bars to be a little sweet, add 1-2 tablespoons of maple syrup. Taste the batter to check if the sweetness is okay.

6. Line the baking pan with parchment paper.

7. Transfer the batter to the pan and evenly spread it out.

8. Bake for 30 minutes.

9. While the batter is in the oven, melt the chocolate chips in the microwave for 15 seconds.

10. Once the bars are done, take them out of the I’m and spread the melted chocolate evenly with the help of a spatula.

Preparation  time: 20 minutes

1.Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Mix all the wet ingredients that, include the mashed banana, vanilla extract, melted coconut oil, and almond milk mixture, in one bowl.

3. In a separate bowl, mix all the dry ingredients, which include flour, salt, baking powder, sugar, baking soda, nutmeg, and cinnamon.

4. Now combine the wet and dry ingredients in one bowl and mix everything until the batter has no lumps.

5. Use cooking spray to grease the donut pan.

6. Fill in a piping bag ¾ of the way and use it to pipe the batter into donut shapes.

7. Bake for 8-10 minutes.

8. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave to make the glaze. Make sure to stir so that it doesn’t burn continuously.

8. Allow the glaze to cool completely, then dip the donuts inside the glaze and sprinkle the top with crushed walnuts.

2. Mix the cocoa powder, oat flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.

3. Combine the maple syrup, mashed bananas, almond butter, vanilla extract, and plant milk in a medium bowl and which well so that there are no lumps.

4. Pour the mixture into the large bowl, add the chocolate chips and mix everything well. 

5. Transfer the batter to the baking dish and use a spatula to smooth the surface. You can add banana slices and chocolate chips to garnish.

6. Keep the batter in the oven for 35 minutes or insert a toothpick in the middle and check for doneness. If the toothpick is clean, then your brownies are done, but if there is batter stuck to it, then you may want to bake for a few more minutes.

7. Remove the brownies from the oven and let them completely cool down. After that, slice them up into squares and enjoy.
