2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together baking powder, flour, salt, baking soda, and sugar.

3. In another bowl, place together the eggs, mashed banana, oil, buttermilk, and vanilla extract. Whisk everything well until combined. Now add the mixture of the wet ingredients to the dry and whisk well.

1.Preheat the oven to 180°C. On a tray, place a sheet of baking paper and keep aside.

1.To prepare the crust, cover the metal loaf pan with plastic wrap and cooking spray. Make sure the wrap is overhung by 2 inches on all sides.

2. In a food processor, grind the graham crackers and peanuts until you get a powdery texture, then mix in the pulse and melted butter until combined well.

3. Now spread the mixture on the meatloaf pan and refrigerate.

4. For the ice cream in a saucepan, bring 2 inches of water to a simmer over medium heat. Afterward, fill a bowl with ice water and keep it aside.

5. Take a metal bowl and whisk in the banana puree, egg yolks, salt, ½ cup sugar, and hazelnut liqueur.

6. Put the metal bowl over the pot that contains simmering water and whisk the mixture for 8 to 10 minutes until it thickens. Then transfer the metal bowl from the pot and put it into ice water to cool down.
